What is Proctix?+
Proctix offers two separate products: Exam Engine for creating and launching online exams, and Proctix Proctoring for assessment monitoring. Institutions can choose either product or both. The Exam Engine does not require replacing an existing LMS or exam platform.
Can we create exams and assessments in Proctix?+
Yes. Proctix Exam Engine is a standalone product for building and launching online exams and assessments, organising questions, and tailoring question banks to each client’s subjects, standards, and requirements.
Does AI decide whether a candidate has cheated?+
Our approach keeps that decision with authorised people. An AI signal should draw attention to an event; a reviewer needs to consider the evidence, exam rules, accommodations, and surrounding context before reaching a conclusion.

Do we have to replace our LMS or current exam platform?+
No. Proctix Exam Engine is a separate product, and Proctix Proctoring is optional. You can keep your existing LMS and exam platform. If you want a connection between systems, we’ll confirm the available approach during scoping.
